We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Business Consultant to join our team.

Job Description
  • Build the Profit & Loss structure, track profitability, optimize costs, and drive business efficiency through automation and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with the development, sales, HR, and finance teams to streamline operations and implement strategic initiatives that enhance overall business performance.
Requirements
  • Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years in Business Analyst role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of taxation, including withholding tax (WHT), sales tax (GST), payroll deductions (EOBI, Social Security, Professional Tax), and regulatory compliance. They will also be able to analyze financial data, detect variances, and ensure tax compliance.
