About the Role

DigitalOcean is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the vision and strategy for our PaaS product family. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our platform aligns with the broader company objectives and meets the evolving needs of developers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development of a prioritized product roadmap that focuses on scalability, performance, and developer experience
  • Working across the organization to influence and ensure alignment on product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Engaging directly with customers to understand their pain points and identify areas for innovation within the PaaS space
  • Actively leading product management efforts through all phases of the product lifecycle

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a seasoned product leader with deep technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, and a customer-first mindset. Key qualifications include:

  • Proven leadership experience in product management, with a track record of successfully managing large, complex products or product families
  • Strong technical expertise in cloud-native technologies, PaaS platforms, containerization, microservices, and DevOps practices
  • A deep understanding of customer needs in the developer space, with experience creating and delivering solutions that improve developer productivity and experience
