Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The role will also include analyzing sales data, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to enhance overall business growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
