Lead Payroll Specialist

About This Role:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Professional to manage our end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Process and manage payroll transactions, maintaining up-to-date records of employee earnings, deductions, bonuses, and benefits.
- Ensure timely salary disbursement and accurate reporting for internal use and audits.
- Liaise with HR to address employee queries, maintain confidentiality, and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve payroll-related issues, implement process improvements, and develop training programs.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 4 Years of Experience in Payroll Management or a related field.
- Strong Understanding of Labor Laws, Tax Regulations, and Payroll Principles.
- Excellent Attention to Detail, Analytical Skills, and Ability to Work Independently.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
