
Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

Drive the company's growth strategy by building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and team needs.
Develop clear, compelling job descriptions that effectively showcase company culture and attract top candidates.
SOURCE CANDIDATES THROUGH ONLINE CHANNELS SUCH AS LINKEDIN, GITHUB, STACK OVERFLOW, JOB BOARDS AND INTERNAL DATABASES.
Evaluate resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills using various tools and tests.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels to ensure seamless candidate progression.
Maintain excellent relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and support.
Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sourcing strategies.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in tech recruitment.
Promote employer branding by attending relevant events, career fairs, and networking meetups.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter, with hands-on knowledge of various interview formats.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, and online platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles.
Understanding of technical skills, programming languages, and frameworks such as Java, Python, .NET, AWS, DevOps, etc.
Recruitment certifications, campus hiring experience, and knowledge of visa/work permit processing.
