Drive the company's growth strategy by building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and team needs.

  • Develop clear, compelling job descriptions that effectively showcase company culture and attract top candidates.

  • SOURCE CANDIDATES THROUGH ONLINE CHANNELS SUCH AS LINKEDIN, GITHUB, STACK OVERFLOW, JOB BOARDS AND INTERNAL DATABASES.

  • Evaluate resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills using various tools and tests.

  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels to ensure seamless candidate progression.

  • Maintain excellent relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and support.

  • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.

  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sourcing strategies.

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in tech recruitment.

  • Promote employer branding by attending relevant events, career fairs, and networking meetups.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter, with hands-on knowledge of various interview formats.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, and online platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles.

  • Understanding of technical skills, programming languages, and frameworks such as Java, Python, .NET, AWS, DevOps, etc.

Preferred Skills:
  • Recruitment certifications, campus hiring experience, and knowledge of visa/work permit processing.
