Revenue Growth Manager

We are a dynamic short-term rental business based in Chicago, seeking a Revenue Growth Manager to lead pricing strategy and drive revenue growth.

About the Role:

This is a full-time remote position with bi-weekly payroll process and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pricing Strategy Development: Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, market demand, seasonality, and local events to adjust rates in real-time.
  • Revenue Enhancement: Leverage tools such as PriceLabs, AirDNA, and Guesty to inform pricing decisions and identify revenue opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and report on key metrics including RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy Rate, and channel performance.
  • Insight Reporting: Run weekly and monthly performance reviews and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with operations and guest experience teams to align pricing with guest satisfaction and unit performance.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in short-term rental revenue management (Airbnb, Vrbo, or boutique hospitality).
  • Track Record: Proven track record of driving revenue growth and occupancy improvements.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with tools such as PriceLabs, AirDNA, and Guesty (or similar STR management platforms).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; ability to interpret and act on performance data.
  • Soft Skills: Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with problem-solving.
