Job Role Summary
We are seeking a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. This role requires a friendly, organized individual who can handle administrative tasks and ensure a welcoming front office experience.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it tidy and presentable
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting rooms
- Maintain office supplies and inform management when inventory is low
- Provide general administrative and clerical support (e.g., data entry, filing, copying)
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
- Uphold security by following procedures and monitoring visitor access
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is an asset
- Proven 1 year + work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service attitude and a team-player mindset
Work Arrangement:
Full-time position based at our DHA 1 Sector F Rwp location
