  • Provide guidance and support to Principals to improve their effectiveness, using methods such as performance evaluations, coaching, and targeted professional development.
  • Collaborate with HR specialists to find and appoint talented individuals as Principals, striving for a higher standard of leadership.
Bolstering Teaching Expertise
  • Enhance Teacher skills and knowledge, with a focus on curriculum content and instructional techniques. Create tailored plans for Teacher growth, providing ongoing feedback and evaluation.
  • Support Principals in identifying, attracting, and retaining skilled teachers who can deliver high-quality instruction.
Improving School Effectiveness
  • Identify areas where schools require improvement and develop targeted strategies to address these challenges.
  • Design and implement comprehensive plans for school improvement, aligning these efforts with district goals and objectives.
