Ecommerce Sales Specialist

As an Ecommerce Sales Specialist, you will support the management of online sales operations at Amazon marketplace to boost sales and improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform sales activities to profitably sell products on Amazon marketplace to meet monthly revenue and profitability targets.
  • Forecast monthly sales based on past trends and current competitive landscape for products.
  • Track daily sales against the competition and implement pricing strategies to meet target sales.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team for order planning to ensure timely availability of products to meet sales demand.
  • Analyze and report monthly performance of products for review.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
Required Skills:
  • Sales oriented and possessing keen business acumen.
  • Possessing strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with MS Excel.
  • Intermediate verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience and Education:
  • Experience with demand planning and forecasting is required.
  • 2+ years experience in an ecommerce sales related role.
  • Minimum four-year bachelor's degree in business (BBA or above).
