An exciting role has emerged for an ambitious professional looking to become a skilled consultant in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, one of the leading enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions.

This position is designed for individuals with a strong interest in ERP systems, business processes, and technology, who are eager to embark on a comprehensive training program focused on Dynamics 365 F&O consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in a structured training program to gain in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O modules, features, best practices, and consulting services.
  2. Shadow experienced consultants during client meetings, gathering requirements, and understanding client needs.
  3. Assist in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 F&O based on client requirements, including data migration and system integration tasks.
  4. Collaborate with project teams to conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the system meets client expectations.
  5. Document system configurations, user guides, and project documentation.
  6. Work with project teams to identify and resolve issues and challenges that arise during implementation.
  7. Provide client support during the post-implementation phase, helping with user training and addressing minor issues.
  8. Stay updated on the latest developments in Dynamics 365 F&O and related technologies to contribute effectively to projects.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  2. Strong interest in ERP systems, business processes, and technology.
  3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic project environment.
  6. Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
  7. Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and business processes is a plus.

Training and Development: This role offers a comprehensive training and development plan, including mentorship by experienced consultants, access to online resources, and opportunities to gain relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O.

Career Path: A successful completion of the training program will provide an opportunity to transition into a full-fledged Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant role within the organization, taking on more projects and responsibilities.
