Sales Team Leader Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team and drive sales growth through effective leadership and strategy implementation.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and franchise owners.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and franchise owners.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve their performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
