Job Role: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Checking quotation rates to ensure optimal revenue streams.
  • Following up on pending quotations for timely project completion.
  • Reviewing order status to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Finalizing production schedules to meet demanding customer requirements.
  • Managing transportation logistics to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Following up with customers for payment to maintain a healthy cash flow.
  • Managing customer ledgers and confirming balances for transparent financial reporting.
  • Submitting bills in a timely manner to avoid penalties and interest charges.
  • Coordinating factory operations and dispatches to achieve peak productivity.
  • Meeting customer requirements through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Preparing tenders to secure new business opportunities.
  • Tracking raw material delivery status to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Developing operational policies and procedures to drive process improvements.
  • Enhancing customer service quality through continuous training and development.
  • Analyzing data for process improvements to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Optimizing workflows and costs to reduce overhead expenses.
  • Monitoring manufacturing processes for quality to ensure defect-free products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Project management experience is essential for success in this role.
  • Certification in supply chain management is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary for effective communication and documentation.
  • Understanding of finance and budgeting concepts is crucial for making informed business decisions.
  • Excellent consensus building and conflict resolution skills are required for effective team management.
