Job Summary:

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire human resource function, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, compliance, performance management, and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and coordinating hiring decisions.
  • Conduct thorough background verification and reference checks to ensure the best fit for the organization.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and induction programs to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving grievances professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Foster a positive work culture by driving employee engagement initiatives and promoting a sense of community within the organization.
  • Organize team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and wellness initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining accurate records and adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Handle benefits administration, including insurance, leaves, and statutory compliance, to provide employees with a comprehensive benefits package.
Performance Management & Training
  • Implement and oversee performance review systems to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
  • Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and company guidelines, maintaining a fair and equitable work environment.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation as per legal requirements.
  • Conduct disciplinary procedures when necessary, following established protocols and procedures.
HR Reporting & Data Management
  • Maintain HR databases and generate reports on workforce analytics, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
  • Track HR metrics, such as turnover rates, attendance, and employee satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or related roles, with a proven track record of success.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, staying up-to-date with changing regulations and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to HR challenges, with a focus on finding solutions rather than just reporting issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • HR certifications, such as PHR or SHRM-CP, are highly valued but not required.
  • Experience in HRMS software, with a proven ability to use it to drive business results.
