Project Management Position

Overview of the Role:

  • Project Vision and Execution:

    • Define project goals, objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
    • Develop detailed project plans and timelines to achieve project objectives on schedule and within budget.
    • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues.

  • Leadership and Team Development:

    • Lead and manage a cross-functional team of professionals with diverse skills.
    • Collaborate with teams working on various technologies including Flutter for frontend, SQL/PostgreSQL for databases, Java/JavaScript/Python for backend.
    • Identify and recruit talent needed for the project, ensuring the right skills and experience are in place to meet technical and business requirements.

  • Solution Development and Integration:

    • Oversee the integration of IoT devices, POS systems, and accounting software for tax filing automation.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders including small businesses, accounting professionals CPAs, and technical teams to ensure seamless solution functionality.
    • Ensure the technical architecture of the project is scalable, secure, and easy to maintain.

  • Client and Stakeholder Communication:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
    • Provide regular updates on project status, roadblocks, and key developments.
    • Manage client and stakeholder expectations effectively and gather feedback to refine and improve the product.

  • Quality Assurance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure the quality of the final product by overseeing testing and QA processes.
    • Proactively manage risks, resolving issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
