Public Relations and Influencer Marketing Expert

We are seeking a skilled PR and IM Executive to shape and promote our brand's image and reputation.

This role involves developing and implementing PR and IM strategies, managing crisis communications, creating compelling content, planning events, and building relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, present, and manage influencer marketing campaigns for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on influencer campaign performance.
  • Identify and establish relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
  • Conceive and curate content ideas in close coordination with creative teams and client representatives.
  • Attend industry events for networking and business purposes.
  • Conduct research on industry experts, competitors, target audiences, and users.
  • Brainstorm innovative approaches to influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and influencers.
  • Compile post-campaign reports on influencer marketing efforts.
  • Oversee the delivery of campaigns within agreed timelines, budget, and scope.
  • Effectively communicate ideas through written and verbal formats, build relationships with influencers, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Be prepared for national and international travel for client meetings and campaign executions.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in PR and IM roles, preferably in an agency setting.
  • A degree in Design, Marketing, Media Sciences, or a related field.
  • Exceptional client communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to deliver outstanding client service.
  • A deep understanding of emerging technologies, digital trends, and platforms, with a passion for integrating innovation into creative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a talent for motivating teams and managing multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
