  • This role is responsible for ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and driving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities">
  • Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure consistent output and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of production, downtime, maintenance, and changeovers.
  • Implement measures to improve machine efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards during operations.
  • Schedule and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production targets and improve processes.
Requirements">
  • Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for teamwork and reporting.
  • Familiarity with GMP and EHS standards.
About the Role">

This role is based on-site at our manufacturing facility in Karachi Division, Pakistan.
