We are seeking a talented Telephony Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in designing, deploying, and configuring Cisco UCCE solutions to meet our clients' needs.

About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies to ensure solution quality. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure solution quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Design, deploy, and configure Cisco UCCE solutions to meet client requirements.

This position requires strong technical expertise in Cisco UCCE, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their expectations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant Cisco UCCE experience.
  • Hands-on experience in Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE)/ICM/CVP, Call Studio, and ICM Scripting.
  • Strong understanding of Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM) and its integration with UCCE.

You will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
