Project Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of high-priority strategic and operational projects.

">Main Responsibilities">

  • Lead project teams to deliver high-priority projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and KPIs.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including UK-based executives and local cross-functional teams, to ensure timely execution and stakeholder alignment.

  • Monitor progress, address bottlenecks, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Project delivery against agreed timelines and budgets.

  • Quality of project outcomes, measured by stakeholder satisfaction and business impact.

  • Effectiveness of project governance, measured by adherence to project management frameworks and processes.

Requirements:

">

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm or similar environment.

  • Strong project management skills, with proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Notion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with international clients or in a multicultural environment.

  • Familiarity with restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries.

  • Understanding of business process automation or ERP implementations.

Salary & Benefits:

  • PKR 500,000 - 1,000,000 per month.

  • Paid via remittance with only 1% tax applied.

This is an onsite, full-time role based in Gulberg, Lahore, with regular communication and collaboration with the UK operations team.
