Job Opportunity

The Field Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in planning and organizing inspection related activities, preparing quotations, monitoring market trends, and handling customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Verify cargo quantity, quality, and condition to ensure accuracy.
  2. Conduct visual inspections of cargo, tanks, and equipment to identify any potential issues.
  3. Check documentation, such as certificates of origin and quality certificates, to verify compliance.
  4. Monitor loading/unloading operations to ensure safe and efficient processes.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations to protect people and the environment.
  6. Collect and analyze cargo samples to determine their quality and authenticity.
  7. Conduct risk assessments and report potential hazards to prevent accidents.
  8. Prepare and submit inspection reports along with complete documents to stakeholders.
  9. Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  10. Verify shore tank calibration and accuracy to ensure reliable data.
  11. Measure cargo quantities using approved methods, such as API and ASTM, to guarantee accuracy.
  12. Verify cargo weights and volumes against documentation to prevent discrepancies.
  13. Respect security and safety guidelines and safeguard personal safety & security in the working environment.
  14. Maintain high quality of work & reporting, ensuring no complaints from customers or stakeholders.
  15. Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry/Geology or Diploma holder in IFIA.
  • Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Probation period: 6 months
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
