A content creator intern plays a vital role in the development and management of various forms of content for an organization.

Job Type: Internship

  • Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to brainstorming, researching, and developing content ideas across multiple platforms including blogs, social media, videos, podcasts, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content that aligns with the company's goals, target audience, and brand identity.
  • Participate in content creation efforts by writing articles, blog posts, social media posts, scripts, or other forms of content as needed.
  • Assist in content planning and scheduling to ensure a consistent and timely publishing calendar.
  • Help monitor and analyze the performance of content across different channels using analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to suggest innovative content ideas and strategies.
  • Support the content team in various administrative tasks such as organizing files, conducting research, and maintaining content databases.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and grammar.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling with the ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and platforms.
  • Basic understanding of content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience with content creation, blogging, social media management, or digital marketing is a plus.
