We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Customer Support Representative with a background in medical/pharmaceutical sciences. The ideal candidate will be confident, professional and comfortable discussing sensitive health-related topics with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about men's wellness products.
  • Utilize medical knowledge to explain product usage, benefits and precautions.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Manage order dispatching, shipment tracking and delivery updates.

The successful candidate will possess a medical background in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, Nutrition or a related field. Prior experience in customer service, healthcare support or order management is preferred. Strong communication skills in English are essential, as well as the ability to explain complex medical concepts in simple terms.
