Healthcare Quality Assurance Specialist

As a healthcare quality assurance specialist, you will oversee the services and operations of our Mobile Medical Units (MMUs) in rural areas, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.

The role involves developing quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure healthcare regulations and standards are met. You will also conduct regular audits and inspections of MMU operations, patient care, and staff performance, as well as monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement in MMU services.

You will work closely with healthcare professionals to develop quality improvement initiatives and provide training and education on quality standards and best practices. Additionally, you will investigate and resolve quality-related issues and complaints in the field.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field and proven experience as a quality officer or in a similar quality assurance role in healthcare. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and best practices is essential, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
