Accounting Specialist – Financial Operations">

You will play a pivotal role in the development and functioning of our financial system. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure all financial transactions are recorded and reported accurately according to established accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating and maintaining an efficient accounting system, ensuring seamless data management and integration.
  • Record entries in the general ledger module and update the chart of accounts regularly, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare monthly opening and closing processes for various modules within the general ledger module, guaranteeing timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
  • Enter Journal Vouchers into the ERP system and collect supporting documents from different departments, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
  • Generate financial reports, including Trial Balance, Grouping, and Account Analysis, using the ORACLE-based ERP system, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Compile data to respond to queries or discrepancies related to the general ledger, as received from internal or external audits, ensuring transparency and accountability.
