Sales And Recoveries Manager

Job Summary

This is a key leadership role that oversees the sales and recoveries function, driving business growth through strategic planning, team management, and customer relationship development.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development: Lead the business development activities by giving direction to the sales team, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategies to achieve revenue growth.
  2. Sales Strategy: Focus on developing new dealers and clients in existing and new markets for our brand, ensuring clear objectives and suitable strategies are in place to achieve them.
  3. Credit Management: Prepare a credit management policy for the company, implement it, and manage the collection process of defaulting accounts.
  4. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain excellent relationships with dealers for recoveries matters, and ensure smooth communication with other departments.
  5. Daily Reporting: Provide daily reporting to management on sales performance and progress towards targets.
  6. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
