The Office Operations Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to our office team. This includes scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing office supplies and equipment inventory.

You will also be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing memos, letters, and reports as needed. Additionally, you will assist with the preparation of presentations and other materials for meetings and events.

Key responsibilities also include maintaining databases and filing systems, processing and tracking invoices and expenses, and assisting with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.

This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work well under limited supervision, and a warm personality.
