We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Officer to oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and support the smooth functioning of our organization.

  • Key responsibilities include handling general office administration, document management, record-keeping, correspondence, and coordinating office supplies, inventory, and procurement activities
  • Additionally, the ideal candidate will assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, maintain and update company databases, files, and records, and support HR functions such as employee onboarding, leave tracking, and documentation
  • The successful candidate must also ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations, manage office facilities, and liaise with vendors, service providers, and landlords

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as an Admin Officer or Office Administrator, is essential
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary for success in this position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software is mandatory
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration and communication
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity is vital
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team are essential

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with HR-related tasks is desirable
  • Knowledge of office procedures and administrative best practices is beneficial
  • Familiarity with procurement and vendor management is an asset
