As an Admin Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth functioning of our organization by overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.

  • Key responsibilities include handling general office administration, document management, record-keeping, correspondence, and coordinating office supplies, inventory, and procurement activities
  • Additionally, you will assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, maintain and update company databases, files, and records, and support HR functions such as employee onboarding, leave tracking, and documentation

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including handling general office administration, document management, record-keeping, and correspondence
  • Office Operations: Oversee daily office operations, including coordinating office supplies, inventory, and procurement activities
  • HR Support: Assist in HR functions such as employee onboarding, leave tracking, and documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as an Admin Officer or Office Administrator, is essential
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary for success in this position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software is mandatory
