Job Opportunity: Community Health Specialist

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of a community health strategy, working closely with local stakeholders to address immunization barriers.

This role involves developing tailored communication strategies for diverse audiences, identifying key messaging and behavioral determinants, and implementing monitoring and reporting systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and adapt community health strategies to meet local needs and cultural contexts.
  • Identify target audiences and key messaging to address immunization gaps.
  • Implement and monitor community health activities, providing regular feedback to Program leads.
  • Determine training needs of frontline workers and provide training on interpersonal communication and community engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 5-6 years of experience in community health or related field, with strong knowledge of MS Office and Inpage.

Excellent editing and designing skills for IEC materials, with command over English and Urdu language.
