We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Support scheduling appointments and manage meeting rooms
- Maintain office supplies and inform management when inventory is low
- Provide general administrative and clerical support (e.g., data entry, filing, copying)
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
- Evaluate and implement security procedures to maintain a secure environment
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is beneficial
- At least one year of experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A polished appearance and demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- A customer-focused attitude and a team-player mindset
