Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Inbound Call Center Training Team as a Customer Service Trainer. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs for inbound call center staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Training Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on customer service skills, product knowledge, and process efficiency.
  2. Curriculum Design: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and update training curricula, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
  3. Training Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, making recommendations for improvement.
  4. Knowledge Sharing: Share best practices and innovative ideas with the team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience working in a customer service environment, preferably with a cellular company.
  • 1-2 years of inbound call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Hands-on training experience in either formal or informal settings, with expertise in adult learning principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, computer literacy (Excel & PowerPoint), interpersonal, and language skills (English).
  • Strong understanding of training methods, including instructional design, facilitation, and evaluation.
