Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Senior Business Analyst. This position requires an individual who possesses exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering business solutions that drive growth and improvement. They should be well-versed in business analysis methodologies and tools, with experience working on digital platforms specializing in Web and App.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the platform backlog features
  • Experience with working with project management tools like JIRA
  • Breaking down features into user stories ready for development teams
  • Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring product quality before launch
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the following qualifications are essential:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience with working on ecommerce platforms dealing with end customer journeys
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools
