We are seeking talented and motivated professionals to join our Sales Department as Business Development Managers.

The successful candidate will have a strong business acumen and excellent communication skills to develop and execute strategic plans that drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include mentoring and motivating colleagues to achieve excellence, optimizing daily operations to improve overall efficiency, and setting specific goals for store performance, customer satisfaction, and colleague development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Mentor, motivate, and evaluate colleagues to achieve excellence in their roles
  • Optimize daily operations, including colleague schedules and performance metrics to improve overall efficiency
  • Set specific goals for store performance, customer satisfaction, and colleague development to ensure continuous improvement
  • Monitor and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to gauge success and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with colleagues within the partnership store to drive sales and growth through effective teamwork and communication
  • Engage with terminated customers to promote timely payments and retain them as valued clients
  • Nurture partnerships with colleagues in the partner store to secure referrals and drive business growth

  • Proven skills in writing proposals, sales promotion, lead generation, identifying sales opportunities, closing, selling skills, sales forecasting, direct sales, and account mapping to drive revenue growth and expansion
