Talent Acquisition Specialist Role

We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for recruiting and selecting top talent for various positions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and select top candidates for various positions.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations for hire.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software, including HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
