Job Title: Operations Director

The Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the entire operation of our catering division. This includes hiring and firing employees, conducting performance reviews, scheduling shifts, training staff, and managing inventory and food storage. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to handle high volume shifts, and promote good customer service policies through employees.

The Operations Director will also be responsible for banking, cash handling, paperwork, and contributing to sales growth for the division. They must possess a strong attention to detail and maintain high integrity in their interactions with colleagues and clients.
