Job Title: Engineering Officer - Billing

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Engineering Officer - Billing. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage Purchase Order creation, tracking and closure for all spend with external suppliers in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Maths, with at least 2-3 years of experience in sourcing and managing contractors. They will be responsible for smooth and timely payments to all suppliers/contractors while ensuring compliance to procedures & policies.

The role requires effective management of Work Order process to ensure high service level to internal stakeholders, as well as administrative management of contractors at site. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring a continuous focus on EH&S in respective area of responsibility for closing the gap to zero.

About the Role:

  • Manage Purchase Order creation, tracking and closure for all spend with external suppliers in a timely manner while ensuring compliance to procurement policy.
  • Smooth and timely payments to all suppliers / contractors while ensuring compliance to procedures & policies.
  • Manage and enforce control on Work Order process to ensure high service level to internal stakeholders.
  • Effectively track all capital expenditure at site.
  • Administrative management of contractors at site: evaluation, training, maintaining & updating records, enlistment and contract revisions.
  • Management of all records within the department as per company policies.
  • Management of administrative tasks for Engineering Department.
  • Ensure a continuous focus on EH&S in respective area of responsibility for closing the gap to zero.
  • Directly manage miscellaneous expenses in Engineering.
