Business Development Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive business growth in Karachi and Lahore. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, passion for developing new opportunities, and exceptional relationship-building skills.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Building Client Relationships: Establishing strong connections with potential clients to create new business opportunities and promote our services.
  2. Maintaining Client Database: Updating and maintaining a comprehensive database of prospective clients.
  3. Staying Informed about Company Services: Keeping up-to-date on all service offerings and ensuring seamless coordination with the GM.
  4. Developing Business Plans: Executing business and marketing plans in collaboration with the GM to achieve revenue goals.
  5. Identifying Profitable Opportunities: Identifying lucrative business opportunities and securing sound deals with effective follow-up.
  6. Coordinating Senior Management Meetings: Arranging meetings between senior management and prospective clients.
  7. Supporting Proposal Writing: Assisting the GM in writing new business proposals.
  8. Leading Sales Team Activities: Organizing and supervising sales team activities within assigned locations.
  9. Providing Business Reports: Submitting regular reports on business development activities and successes against target metrics.
  10. Ensuring Quality Support: Collaborating with the technical support team to ensure quality work and after-sale support to clients.

**Requirements:**

  1. Proven experience in business development or a similar role.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
  1. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  2. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
