Job Title: Quality Assurance Executive

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our services. We are a business management consultancy company with a presence in Pakistan, working with businesses of all sizes across various industries to help them identify and solve problems, develop and implement new strategies, and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish quality benchmarks and ensure services meet customer expectations and demand.
  • Develop and maintain standards in accordance with business requirements and customer expectations.
  • Identify and implement quality control processes to ensure criteria are met consistently.
  • Conduct tests to verify final services adhere to company standards.
  • Brainstorm ideas to enhance productivity and performance while maintaining accuracy in quality.
  • Make strategic decisions that balance cost-efficiency with quality.
  • Work closely with development and technical teams to improve existing services.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong understanding of the Customer Service industry and previous Quality Assurance experience is preferred or relevant work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through listening, presenting, and questioning.
  • Proficiency in problem analysis, troubleshooting complex issues, and trending recurring problems.
  • Knowledge of best practices for testing, version control, and defect management.
