Senior People Operations Specialist

The Associate HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in aligning business strategies with organizational goals. This position ensures that initiatives effectively support growth and success by fostering a positive work environment through employee relations, supporting talent management processes, and contributing to development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborates with management and employees to improve relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides policy guidance and interpretation.
- Develops and improves processes for promotions and transfers.
- Guides on business unit restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual coaching needs.
- Provides performance management guidance to line management.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs.
- Follows adoption and compliance policies.
- Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
- Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions and programs.
- Manages complex employee issues.
- Maintains knowledge of requirements related to employee management.
This is a key role within the organization, and the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business practices and labor laws. They will be able to analyze trends and metrics, develop solutions, and drive results.
