Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000 (based on experience)

Job Timings : 3PM - 12AM/ 2PM - 11AM

We're looking for a People and Culture Executive who is energetic, empathetic, and creative — someone who can bring fresh ideas and initiatives to elevate our organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive employee engagement programs and wellness initiatives
  • Lead Local branding campaigns
  • Manage and create content for social media related to HR and culture
  • Collaborate with departments to promote a positive work environment
  • Plan and execute in-house events and team-building activities
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts
  • Assist with general HR operations as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (internship experience counts)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
  • Creative mindset with a proactive attitude
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field
