Job Timings : 3PM - 12AM/ 2PM - 11AM

We're looking for a People and Culture Executive who is energetic, empathetic, and creative — someone who can bring fresh ideas and initiatives to elevate our organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive employee engagement programs and wellness initiatives
- Lead Local branding campaigns
- Manage and create content for social media related to HR and culture
- Collaborate with departments to promote a positive work environment
- Plan and execute in-house events and team-building activities
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts
- Assist with general HR operations as needed
What We're Looking For:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (internship experience counts)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
- Creative mindset with a proactive attitude
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field
