People & Brand Growth Marketing Specialist - USA operations

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven People & Brand Growth Marketing Specialist to support the brand presence, business growth, and people management of our U.S.-based Home Health agency, focusing on the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), Texas market. Operating from our Lahore office, you will be at the forefront of outbound cold calling, brand building, HR coordination, and marketing our services to potential referral sources, clients, and healthcare professionals in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold Calling & Outreach: Initiate and manage outbound calls and email campaigns to Therapists, Home Health Agencies, and other referral sources in DFW, Texas.
  • Brand Expansion & Market Presence: Support and execute strategies to enhance brand visibility and presence across the DFW region by building strong communication pipelines and outreach consistency.
  • Digital & Direct Marketing: Assist in crafting U.S.-centric marketing materials (emails, flyers, brochures) and social media strategies aligned with compliance and cultural relevance for the Home Health market.
  • Relationship Management: Act as a virtual liaison between our agency and potential clients or partners. Maintain professional follow-up and EMR documentation for all outreach efforts.
  • Market Research & Reporting: Conduct ongoing research on competitors, local trends, and customer needs within the Texas Home Health space and deliver actionable reports.
  • Client Communication Support: Draft and manage inbound communications from leads and assist in scheduling virtual meetings between U.S. staff and potential partners.
  • HR & People Coordination: Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating potential candidates for U.S.-based staffing needs. Maintain recruitment pipelines for therapists and administrative roles. Support onboarding processes by coordinating documentation, training schedules, and compliance requirements. Maintain organized employee records and assist with HR-related reporting to management. Act as a bridge between HR management and team members to address routine queries and coordinate updates.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, HR coordination, customer service, or business development (U.S. healthcare or international calling preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a confident, professional tone.
  • Experience in cold calling and outbound marketing to international clients, preferably U.S.-based.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. time zones and ability to work within U.S. business hours (CST preferred).
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM tools, and virtual communication platforms.
  • Knowledge of U.S. Home Health or healthcare industry is a plus.
Working Hours:
  • Evening shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
  • Monday to Saturday
