As a Meta Ads Performance Manager, you will take ownership of our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising strategy, execution, and performance. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads and driving order conversions by developing, managing, and optimizing paid social campaigns. Your primary focus will be on full-funnel optimization, including landing page alignment and sales process integration.

You will work closely with a high-performing team across multiple departments to ensure timely follow-up and maximize conversion rates. Your expertise in campaign analysis, attribution methodologies, and A/B testing strategies will enable us to continually improve performance and drive business growth.

Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta ads for lead generation and order conversion, preferably within service-based or local business sectors. They possess expert proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, pixel/event tracking, custom and lookalike audiences, and attribution models. Strong analytical and reporting skills are essential to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
