Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent to drive business growth and scalability.

  • Focusing on technical recruitment, including developers' profiles, and managing non-technical recruitment when needed
  • Managing international hiring for USA, Ukraine, and Middle East roles
  • Full-cycle recruiting for multiple vacancies with an innovative sourcing approach and engagement method
  • Tightly managing a multi-stage interview process to reduce bias
  • Collaborating with the recruitment team to share market insights and support each other
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years technical recruitment experience in the software/tech industry
  • Exposure to international hiring is preferred
  • Expertise in using LinkedIn, Applicant Tracking systems, and sourcing tools
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on achieving goals and targets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness, and attention to detail
