**Digital Growth Manager - Agency**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our digital marketing team as an Agency Growth Manager. This individual will be responsible for driving business growth, managing multiple projects, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving successful campaigns. They will possess a deep understanding of organic search, paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, video, mobile, and overall digital marketing.

  • Digital Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing plans.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on leadership and team management.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer engagement through digital marketing campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of organic search, paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, video, mobile, and overall digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
