Examination Leadership Position

Job Description: As a key member of the academic leadership team, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the institution's examination strategy and ensuring its implementation.

About the Role: The Controller of Examinations will be responsible for developing and implementing examination policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with institutional goals and objectives. They will work closely with academic departments to ensure seamless execution of examination activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement examination policies, procedures, and guidelines that ensure the highest standards of integrity and fairness.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to ensure alignment with institutional goals and objectives.
  • Oversee all examination-related activities, including scheduling, invigilation, and result processing.
  • Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of examination results.

Requirements:
  • Ph.D. in any discipline from a recognized university or degree awarding institute (recognized by HEC).
  • Eight years post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in HEC recognized public or private universities or degree awarding institutes or public sector organizations.
    • OR MS or M.Phil in any discipline or 18 years education from a recognized university or degree awarding institute (recognized by HEC).
    • Ten years post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in HEC recognized institutions.
      • OR MA or MSc in any discipline or 16 years education with at least 2nd division from a recognized university or degree awarding institute (recognized by HEC).
      • Twelve years post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in HEC recognized institutions.
