Occupational Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced occupational therapist to provide high-quality services to patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement therapy plans for patients
  • Conduct 6-monthly standardized assessments to monitor progress or decline
  • Teach parents and facilitate group sessions
  • Train therapists on standardized tests, therapy plan development, execution, and monitoring
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient notes and educational plans
  • Ensure compliance with department policies and quality standards
  • Participate in quality initiatives and attend meetings, conferences, and lectures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution with at least 16 years of education completed
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant experience working with children independently in a healthcare organization
  • Ability to perform standardized assessments and monitor patient progress
  • Knowledge of counseling and other healthcare techniques
  • Ability to formulate care plans and deliver care to patients with complex needs
Working Conditions:

This is a contract-based position. The successful candidate will be required to conduct clinics as needed.
