Technical Specialist Role

A highly skilled and organized Technical Specialist is required to perform a variety of tasks in our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of PC components and technical naming conventions.
  • Possesses working knowledge of PC software.
  • Excels in time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, and SharePoint.
  • Coordinates services meetings, takes notes, and distributes them accordingly.
  • Maintains accuracy and attention to detail while tracking and meeting deadlines.
  • Responsible for maintaining and distributing reports on PC refresh data, PC leasing schedules/buy-out data, and PC asset information.
  • Serves as the primary coordinator for PC refresh and leasing schedules, collaborating with IT, Procurement, and Business teams.
  • Ensures timely completion and distribution of monthly business communication reports to teams.
  • Acts as the primary IT contact for provisioning activities, attending meetings, and ensuring all assigned tasks are completed.
  • Participates actively in process improvement efforts.
  • Functions as a subject matter expert for PC data and associated initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to communicate effectively.
  • Position requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on Information Technology and Services.
