
Tech Lead Generation Specialist

Our tech staffing agency is seeking an experienced B2B Lead Generation Strategist to develop and execute strategic lead generation systems targeting hiring decision-makers across the US, UK, and global tech markets.
This role focuses on building and executing multi-channel lead gen strategies on LinkedIn and outbound tools, identifying and targeting high-fit ICPs for tech staffing and recruiting services, designing messaging and funnel strategies addressing staffing pain points, testing, refining, and optimizing outreach campaigns using tools like Apollo, Lemlist, Sales Navigator, Clay, HubSpot.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage lead gen strategies on LinkedIn and outbound tools.
- Identify and target high-fit industries for tech staffing and recruiting services.
- Design messaging and funnel strategies addressing staffing challenges.
- Test, refine, and optimize outreach campaigns using various tools.
- Share your methodology, results, and benchmarks – our hiring decisions are based on your approach.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years experience in B2B lead generation for staffing, recruitment, or IT services.
- A proven approach to outbound lead generation (your playbook).
- Strong knowledge of lead gen tools and cold outreach best practices.
- Ability to build sequences, personalize outreach, and generate conversions.
Bonus: Experience generating leads in the US tech hiring market.
