Job Overview

The role of the Montessori Coordinator is to educate and guide students/teachers according to the National Curriculum Framework under the overall guidance of the competent education authority.

This position involves teaching and educating students/teachers based on their individual needs, abilities, and potential.

Key responsibilities include planning, preparing, and delivering lessons to all students/teachers in the class;

assigning work, correcting, and marking work carried out by students/teachers;

communicating, consulting, and cooperating with other school staff members and parents/guardians for the best interest of students;

maintaining good order and discipline among students while safeguarding their health and safety at all times;

registering and monitoring the attendance of students/teachers under one's care;
