Job Title: Learning Facilitator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic educator to fill the position of Learning Facilitator. As a key member of our academic team, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and parents/guardians to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.

Main Responsibilities
  • Designing and delivering high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all students;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies;
  • Maintaining accurate records of student attendance and progress;
  • Communicating regularly with parents/guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in education, preferably with experience in teaching and coordinating;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and parents/guardians;
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to changing circumstances;
  • Good English speaking and writing skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and software.
Technical Requirements

You will also need to have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills, with the ability to utilize technology to support teaching and learning;
  • Ability to use the internet for educational purposes, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to school policies.
