Job Opportunity

This is a Contractual Position for 6 months. The candidate will be responsible for leading human resources investigations and appropriate employment relations activities across the cluster through management of end-to-end HR investigations, including case reporting, decision making, and stakeholder management at cluster or country level. Besides, provide employment relations advisory to HR colleagues across the cluster.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate human resources and employee relations issues, including conducting investigation-related interviews, drafting reports, proposing remedial action based on investigation findings, producing complete investigation documentation, analyzing data from various reporting systems, managing stakeholders, independently managing assigned casework, mediating and resolving internal ER issues using best practice conflict resolution practices, designing, collecting, and analyzing multiple levels of employee and stakeholder feedback, analyzing aggregate casework data, consulting and collaborating with business partners, Corporate ER teams, Compliance, and Legal teams on complex employee investigations, managing critical employee relations issues, partnering in analysis and revision of people programs, policies, and practices, providing expert advisory service and support to managers and local teams, ensuring consistent implementation of employment relations policies and procedures across the cluster, supporting development and delivery of education and training for line leaders and HR professionals.
